Thank you for visiting Training On The Edge.  This website is dedicated to all those in the Training community who, often, find themselves working in the fringes.  

Some of us are trainers of the end customers, others of us are responsible for delivering training programs via electronic means and still others train those internal staff members in order to ensure the internal human resources perform at their best.
